With every purchase you offer a 30 day “warranty” period.
The warranty covers the following;
- The items arrive damaged
- Manufacturing faults which cause the item to break upon first use
- Substandard quality issues
- We send you the wrong knives
All you need to do is return the knives to us and we will take care of the rest.
No refund or exchange is given if we do not get the original knives back. This is especially important as we need to return them to our supplier so we can get our refund as well.
The warranty does not cover the following;
- You changed your mind on your purchase
- Your spouse changed their mind on letting you have them
- You realise you are not any good at using throwing knives
- You didn’t read the item description properly and thought you were getting something different.
